The current Pulwama attack in Jammu and Kashmir was condemned by the leading authorities of the UN civil rights to take an appropriate action. Michelle Bachelet who is the High Commissioner of United Nations for human rights really felt very unfortunate for individuals who lost their lives. The suicide bomb assault that happened on February 14 at Pulwama in Jammu and also Kashmir was condemned by Rupert Colville who is the speaker for the OHCHR.
